The first step is to open <span class=""><i><b>DELAVO</b></i></span> and click <b><i>Plugins/</i></b><span class=""><i><b>Support&nbsp;tickets</b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Settings</b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Add new</b></i></span>

Add a title that will be displayed to visitors as a department of your helpdesk. Example: Sales

Add the email address associated to that queue. Example sales@yourdomainhere.com

Click <span class=""><i><b>[?]</b></i> for instructions on how to create that email address in your cPanel.</span>

Doubleclick&nbsp;to copy the line displayed in that popup window and write it down. You will need that same line with all the email addresses you will create in your cPanel for your helpdesk.&nbsp;

Once done click to close the window.<br>

Doubleclick <span class="component"><i><b>highlight</b></i></span>

Click <span class="">on the icon to assign that queue to a user inside your DELAVO.</span>

Click on the name of the user you want to assign that specific queue.

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Close this window</b></i></span>

You can specify the signature that will be added automatically to each message sent from that specific user you defined for that queue. The tag #{staff_name} will be replaced automatically by the name of the staff user; in our example John Delavera

No need to add anything there unless you want to use a specific prefix with all tickets of that queue.

The Access control allows you to&nbsp; disallow people using that specific queue of your helpdesk UNLESS they are members of a specific membership or are special users inside your DELAVO.&nbsp;

If you select an existing membership then only members of that membership can use that queue.

If you select a Special User Group then only the users included to that Group can use that support queue.<br>

You can define the error message to display when a user tries to use that queue, but s/he he not a member and/or a special user as limited by the Access control section.

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Save</b></i></span>

You can repeat the process for adding more queues in your support helpdesk. People will reach the URL displayed on that screen, and will have to select a queue, then submit their message.

You can also add instructions to be displayed in your helpdesk's page.

Once you're done, click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Save</b></i></span>

Here is the helpdesk's main form. Visitors can select the queue, fill in the form and submit their ticket.&nbsp;

Notice that existing users of your DELAVO can click to view their tickets too.
