The Affiliate Dashboard is a new way for your affiliates to get an at-a-glance understanding of how their campaigns and promotions of your products are doing.  Now your affiliates will be able to survey the playing field and take decisive steps to improve their campaigns.

They can view summaries of:

• Commissions
• Campaigns
• Last sales
• Payment Information
• Down-line Statistics

Nothing is more motivating to an affiliate than knowing how much they are making from promoting your product. And if they see that their campaigns are not running as well as they’d hoped, they’ll be able to detect which campaign is lagging, and take immediate action to improve their results.

The Affiliate Dashboard Module was requested by many of our members, and we’re very happy to be able to deliver it today. You can find it now in the member area under “Promote / Dashboard”. But why stop there?

Today we’re announcing three new features.

1. DB Memberships

DB memberships protect your directories in a new way by working with direct DB connections. This type of membership is much more reliable than remote membership when your site is under a really heavy load.

So now, when you’re in the middle of a launch, and you have hundreds (even thousands) of new customers signing up all at once, you won’t have to worry about the reliability of your software, which means you won’t lose potential customers.

To get this enhanced reliability to work, you’ll need to change some specific configurations in cPanel (Remote MySQL). More information can be found when you set it up for the first time.

2. Special “Generated Sales” Interface for Affiliates

When you’re an affiliate, it helps to have as much statistical data as possible. Now your affiliates can see a list of all the sales they’ve generated. You can find this list in the member area under “Promote / Sales” and you can control it through a simple privilege setting.

3. A Better, More Informative “Member / Downline” Interface

The “Member / Downline” interface lists all sub-affiliates for a particular affiliate. The interface has been dramatically enhanced, and provides you with more information than ever before.

Now your affiliates can see:

• click statistics
• # of Opt-Ins generated by each sub-affiliate
• # of Sales generated by each sub-affiliate

All records are arranged so that the most active sub-affiliate is at the top. And it always pays to know which of your affiliates (or sub-affiliates) are doing the most for you.

As you can see, three powerful new features. And we almost stopped there. But a core part of our culture here at Delavo is to over deliver, so …

Payment Periods for the “Pay Commissions” Interface

As an Admin, it helps to be able to keep things organized. We’ve introduced this feature to allow you to organize your payments to affiliates. For the time being, we’ve optimized this for the “Affiliate Dashboard”, so you’ll be able to get access to that feature through that new module.
