The DELAVO Community forum is the place to go to get all your non-technical DELAVO related questions answered and answered in a timely manner.

The forum’s administrator and moderators are all power DELAVO users, so you are sure to get the correct answer to any questions you may have.

The forum consists of 2 sub-forums.

The 1st sub-forum is for General Discussion  and consists of these categories:

• Announcements – Here is where you will find any announcements.
• Releases – Information about new releases and updates are posted here.
• General Discussion – Here is where you can talk about anything and everything posted on DELAVO Community.
• Showcase – Here you can show off your DELAVO install.  If you have done something special here is where you can let everyone see and comment.
• Feature Request – Request new features here.
• Ask For A Plugin- Have an idea for a new plugin?  Here is where you can ask that it be created.

The 2nd sub-forum is for Support issues:

• Ask For Help – Here is where you can ask for help no matter how simple or how complicated it may be.
• Payment Processors – Need help setting up a payment processor?  Ask for help here.
• Report A Bug – Found a bug?  Report it here.

Did you know that you can get the latest version of DELAVO by using the “Automatic upgrade” feature?

Yes! You can now upgrade AUTOMATICALLY, instead of manually!

This admin feature provides an automatic way to update to the latest version, without the need for any downloading, file transfer, etc.. no mess, simply enter details and wait for completion. The process may take a few minutes so be patient and DO NOT close the browser window during the process.

1. Simply login to your installation of DELAVO, with your Admin codes (that you created for your installation)
2. From Master Mode: Navigate to HELP > CHECK VERSION >AUTOMATIC UPGRADE
3. Ensure that your Username and Password (provided to you when you registered for DELAVO.com) are in the appropriate fields
4. Then simply click “Upgrade Now Automatically”, and be sure to wait until the process is completed before any other actions.
5. You’re Done! and can now enjoy the latest DELAVO features.

We’re constantly improving DELAVO and adding features, in order to make your experience better.

So remember to always be sure to get your updates, and check back for new information.
