Instant Cycled Commissions

Version 2.33 introduces you with a new way to deal with affiliate commissions.

You can find a new option inside the Product’s record.

enable Instant Cycled Commissions mode

How it works:

The affiliate gets paid instantly to his/her Paypal account every N sale.

You can specify the number of sales by defining a percentage:

%  of sales will be paid directly to the affiliate (enter a number between 0 and 100)

For example if you define 40% that’s 2/5, hence 2 sales out of 5 will pay the affiliate and the rest 3 sales will go to admin (you.)

You can also define who is paid first:

[]  first X sales go to you, next Y sales go to the affiliate
[]  first Y sales go to the affiliate, next X sales go to you

Customizable User Fields in Delavo v2.23

Delavo v2.23 is a release dedicated to one main thing: giving you and your business a greater degree of flexibility.

To do that, we’ve given you a new way to collect and organize the information your business needs to make fast decisions.

NEW – Customizable Additional Fields in User Records

Not all businesses need the same user information, so why get stuck with only a handful of preset options? Now you can create your own additional fields, giving you the power to sort, identify and configure automatic changes based on the fields you’ve created.

For example, you can create a new field that tracks where your users are coming from, and then provide them with an offer more exclusively tailored to their needs.

Here’s another example: Let’s say that you’re considering creating a mobile app. You can create a field designed to track what mobile platforms your users prefer, and then easily sort through your user list based on that field. This way you’ll know what mobile platform to develop for, and which users to ask for feedback.

The possibilities are endless and fully customizable, so go ahead, get creative with it! Ask your users for specific information when they sign up. Populate a new field automatically with an API Post. Run more effective split tests by collecting more detailed information about your users as they fill in text fields or select check boxes that correlate to your custom user fields.

This new module is designed to keep up with all your needs without slowing down, so create as many fields as you like. We encourage you to test the power of Delavo v2.23. To add your own customizable fields, go to Users / Custom Fields.

Remember, only Delavo Gold members get access to these powerful new features. We encourage you to Learn more about Delavo Gold by clicking here.

We’re pleased to present: Labels (A real timesaver)

We were facing a common problem …

The idea for labels came from a common problem:

The more products, subscriptions and services you offer, the more information you have to sort through. Different funnels, different packages, and multiple products associated with those funnels and packages.

Accurate reporting on how each of your products, and services are doing can get overwhelming.

When we crafted the solution to this problem, we wanted to make it flexible. We didn’t want to lock you into a particular way of defining and organizing your information.

After all, what works for us isn’t the same as what works for you … and at our company’s core is the firm belief that you should never have to compromise your business for your software. Your software should instead mold itself to your individual needs.

Enter Labels …

Nothing met our needs better than “Labels”. Fully customizable, searchable, and well-integrated, our new Labels feature allows us to do something very cool:

Get an At-A-Glance Subscriptions Summary Report …

With Labels you define.

Now, when you want to get the statistics for different products, you can group them with Labels, search for them, and generate full reports with the labels you’ve created.

Labels have been enabled for Store / Products, which means you’ll be able to use them for your Packages, Products, Funnels, etc.

They’re also fully searchable.

If you’re worried about how long it will take you to find all the unlabelled records, we’ve made it easy for you. It’s possible to search for unlabelled records anywhere Labels are used.

Labels aren’t just usable … they’re already being used.

One of the great things about Delavo Gold is that the features you gain access to are ones that we actively use. In fact, Labels is a feature we developed to increase our speed and improve the clarity of the results of our marketing efforts.

Delavo Gold members know that this is one of the reasons why they are always on the cutting edge of Marketing Technology. If you’re a Delavo Gold member, all of the features, changes and improvements found in the Change Log are available to you right now. Simply sign in and begin using them.

If not … we recommend you sign up today! It’s a great time to Go Gold.

Labels, Fast Reports, Better Marketing. That’s Delavo v2.22.

Delavo v2.23 is right around the corner, so stay tuned!

2.21 Brings You Unprecedented Control Over Your Funnel

Words are powerful. Anyone who has ever written a salesletter understands that a single change in language choice can yield radically different results.

But language isn’t the only path to such change. Often a simple shift in strategy can dramatically improve your sales funnel.

In order to enact that change, you need control. Pervasive, persuasive, in depth control over your customers’ experience.

And That’s What Delavo v2.21 Is All About:

Control Over The Customer Experience … How?

Email is an important tool in the arsenal of any Internet Marketer. They can increase customer interaction, allowing you to receive feedback and achieve multiple points of exposure.

However, that’s really technical and kind of boring to your customer. What they care about the most is a fluid process. One that carries them from what they’re doing to what they’ll do when they receive your product, without being annoying or disruptive.

So how do we achieve this?

For this release, we focused on a key component of the funnel process: Emails.

(It’s a good time here to mention that the following features are for Delavo Gold members only. As a Delavo Gold member, you get access to the latest improvements and changes in marketing technology, putting you consistently ahead of the curve. We can set you up today when you click here: Pure Gold)

Here’s What’s New:

1. Emails Can Now Be Delayed For A Specified Time Period

Here’s the situation: Your customer is in the middle of your sales process, having purchased one of your products, paid for it, and moved onto an upsell. But then they get an email from you. Now you have two messages (your upsell and your ‘delivery’ email) competing for the customer’s attention. It’s like fighting yourself, and it takes fluidity away from the sales process. No more. Now you can time the delivery of your product so that your customer can remain focused on your sales message.

When we tested this method on our own products, we were thrilled to discover a dramatic increase in upsell conversion rates. And that’s not the only change we’ve made to the email process.

2. Now, “Sale Notifications” can be customized at both the Funnel Step and Funnel Split Page Level

This one is huge. Before, emails could only be customized on Product and Package levels. But now, for every step of your funnel, you can send out an email. For every test you run, you can also test a corresponding email. This gives you much more information, and also gives your customers unique messages for each upsell they purchase, perhaps containing specific instructions or suggestions.

Wait … this all sounds like a lot of email doesn’t it? What if your customers aren’t as receptive to multiple email messages? Well, don’t worry … we’ve got you covered there, too.

3. Disabling Customized Emails is Now Possible

The following types of email notifications can now be disabled at any level, and are customizable:

  • “Sale Notification Sent To The Customer”
  • “Registration Confirmation Needed”
  • “Registration Confirmed”

The Takeaway:

With Delavo update v2.21, you are not restricted by technology … you can choose and test the method of interaction that works best for your customers. Whether that means more email, or fewer emails. Delayed emails, or emails delivered straight-away. You can figure out what works best for your customer … and then do it.

There’s One More Thing …

These changes have been primarily about what happens after your customer enters your sales funnel. What about getting them into it to begin with? Today, we roll out a feature that gives you the ability to have your user “sign up” by simply “logging in”. Additionally, you can have a product sent to them, simply by having them enter their information.

Then, the information they’ve entered becomes their log-in information. You have to see it in action. It’s very cool, and fully designed around the idea of allowing your customer to have a fluid and easy experience with your business.

The rest, of course … is in your hands.

(You can find this feature under the new name for API Post “New user registration” – “User Registration / Login”. Check out the change log for more info on these improvements!)

And remember …

We work hard to roll out new updates frequently, based on both our own personal experiences as marketers, and on the needs and requests of our Delavo Gold members. Last week we encouraged you to send your requests and thoughts here:

Delavo Community

So today, we ask the same. Remember, the latest and greatest features and changes go only to our Delavo Gold members. We encourage you to sign up today.

As always, keep your eye on your inbox. We’ve got more great features coming soon!

Every single change in Delavo 2.2 came from …

Did We Add What You Were Looking For?

When you take a look at Delavo 2.2′s  change log, you’ll notice a lot of very specific additions and changes. In fact, they are so specific that several of you will say:

“Hey! I remember asking for that!”

And that will be because you did. Every single change in Delavo 2.2 came from you. See, Delavo isn’t a closed-environment. We don’t put up walls between our developers and customers. We strive to give our customers the opportunity to participate actively in Delavo’s ongoing development by making suggestions and feature requests.

Then, as a team we go through these suggestions and figure out which ones are good short-term objectives, and can be quickly acted upon and released …

And which are good long-term objectives, requiring several weeks of coding and debugging in order to ensure a stable release.

Then we go to work.

So Send Us Your Requests! And Remember …

Delavo has been, from day one, a software developed by people who actually use it. Whether internally through our own hardworking team’s suggestions or externally from our valuable customers, Delavo has benefited greatly from the power of the collective mind.

So don’t hesitate … let us know how you really feel!
